1. LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE

In accordance with the applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the order at any time within 15 working days from the date of delivery of your order.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, unused and with its original packaging and labels, instructions, documents and product packaging.


We will not accept the return of those orders that have requested any modification of the original components that appear on the website or with any special request.

In this case, you will be refunded the price paid for such products. You will bear the direct costs of returning the product.

2. COMMON PROVISIONS

You shall not be entitled to withdraw from the Order the subject matter of which is:

▪ Personalised items

▪ Used or damaged items

▪ Items with missing parts or missing documentation

Items that arrive broken and we do not have a claim from you from the transport agency.


Your right to withdraw from the Order will only apply to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Please return the item in or including its original packaging. You must also include all instructions, documents and product packaging. No refund will be given if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product or if it has been damaged in any way, so please be careful with the products while they are in your possession.

3. NO WARRANTY COVERAGE

The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Discolouration of fluorine colours caused by prolonged exposure to UV (ultraviolet light) from sunlight, which is not considered a production defect.
  • Use of or contact with harmful chemicals or cleaning agents (including alcohols on screen surface treatments), or a source of intense heat.
  • Incorrect handling, abuse, misuse, force majeure.
  • Damage, breakage, cracks and or defects due to accident, abuse or neglect. To the extent permitted by law, consequential and incidental damages are not covered by this warranty.
  • Improper assembly or incorrect assembly.
  • Improper maintenance by the owner or by any third party on behalf of the owner. Non-compliance with proscribed maintenance and care procedures, improper or incorrect maintenance and repairs by anyone other than an authorised Wolfbike dealer.
  • Installation of non-original components, parts and accessories other than those supplied or fitted by the factory, and therefore not originally designed for, or compatible with, the bicycle sold.
  • This warranty does not in any case cover normal wear and tear of the perishable elements of the product. These elements, subject to wear and tear, are the following, this list being merely enunciative and in no way limitative:
  • Handlebar tape

  • O-rings

  • Bearing cups

  • Bearings

  • Brake pads

  • Retainers

  • Threads

  • Sprockets

  • Disc brake rotors

  • Dust cap

  • Core

  • Grips and strap

  • Shock absorber joints

  • Screws

  • Rubber parts

  • Saddle cover

  • Shift and brake/liquid cables and casings

  • Brake lever handrests

  • Spokes

  • Nipples

  • Batteries and ebike electrical system components

4. RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the stipulated in the Order, you should contact us immediately by email info@wolfbike.es indicating the details of the product and the damage it suffers, or by calling 96 222 94 38 where we will tell you how to proceed.


IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of the order it is important that you examine it and check that the box has not been damaged. If you notice any damage, tell the delivery person to specify on the delivery form "PENDING REVIEW",

To make the return follow the instructions specified below:

  1. You can access your account and review any of your orders in the "orders" section, where you will be entitled to return one or more of the items included in your purchase order.
  2. Check the items you wish to return and confirm by clicking on the return confirmation button.
  3. You will receive a return request email, which includes the order number that you must indicate on the outside of the box in a visible way that we can identify it.


Once we receive the product at WOLFBIKE FACTORY and confirm the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned products within 3-7 days, deducting the costs incurred by the return transport.

5. ITEMS DAMAGED ON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER BY THE CARRIER

If you notice any damage or damage to the box when you receive the order, please note the problem on the delivery note of the transport company (e.g. "package delivered in poor condition pending review"), or you can also return the box unopened to the carrier; report the incident immediately to our customer service team by calling 96 222 94 38 or by writing an email to info@wolfbike.es

6. INCORRECT ITEM SHIPMENT

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, please send an email to info@wolfbike.es or call the telephone number 96 222 94 38.

For your return it is necessary that the Order is returned in the same condition in which you received it. Please return the item using or including its original packaging and original labels. You must also include all instructions, documents and product packaging. No refund will be given if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product or if it has been damaged in any way, so please be careful with the products while they are in your possession.

7. ANY ITEM OF THE ORDER IS MISSING FROM THE PACKAGE RECEIVED

If on any occasion, by mistake, you have not received any of the items you have ordered, please send an email to info@wolfbike.es or call the telephone number 96 222 94 38.

After 72 hours from receipt, no claims will be accepted.
