TEST
Sizing service to adapt to each body type and person. Once the number of sizes per garment has been agreed, production will begin.

PRODUCTION
Once production of the order has started, it can be monitored internally and externally at different points.

DELIVERY
A delivery time will be proposed and approved by the client. Normally a lead time of 30 to 45 working days is required.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the minimum order quantity?
We can start any customisation project that includes at least 8 units per model and design.
For this you can combine men's or women's versions, and any size or chamois.
How much are designs and shipping costs?
Free design and free shipping on orders over 1000€.
Otherwise:
- Design: 75€
- Postage: 12€
What is my size?
A size sample book will be provided with a deposit of €150 and will be the only valid reference when ordering sizes.
Can I make replacements of my order?
The minimum order quantity for replacements is 5 units per model.
Ordering and payment
Upon confirmation of the design, the customer will send the sizes corresponding to the order as well as all the data necessary for the corresponding invoice, such as billing address, name of the person responsible, VAT or ID number and delivery address.
To start the production of the order, the customer must pay 50% of the invoice total. The delivery period of the order will start from that moment.
The remaining 50% must be paid before receiving the goods.
