Equipment
The basic equipment provides safety, comfort and performance to the cyclist, adapting to different weather conditions and types of terrain. We have, among others:
Helmets: Fundamental for safety, it protects the head in case of falls or impacts. It must fit correctly to provide maximum protection.
Sunglasses: Protect your eyes from intense sunlight, dust, insects and other elements that may affect your vision during the ride.
Clothing: Cycling clothing is usually close-fitting and breathable to improve aerodynamics and wick away sweat. This includes jerseys, cycling shorts with padded chamois, specific socks and gloves to protect hands and improve grip.
Gloves: Help absorb vibrations from the handlebars, protect hands in the event of a fall and provide grip, especially useful in wet conditions.
